The OMV Supervisory Board
The OMV Supervisory Board generally consists of ten shareholder delegates who are elected by the shareholders in a general meeting and five employee delegates. Following a resignation, the Supervisory Board currently only consists of nine shareholder delegates. All members are highly qualified and have international experience in various industry sectors. Three shareholder delegates have been appointed until the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 (Stadler, Renard, Stajic), two shareholder delegates until the AGM 2026 (Hlawati, Lammers) and four shareholder delegates until the AGM 2027 (Feldmann, Salmeen, Al Zaabi, Deuring).
