At OMV, we believe that trust and reputation are built not only on the products and services we offer but also on the decision we take and the way we act as individuals and as a group. To this end, we have established an Ethics & Integrity Policy, which defines our core ethical principles ("Ethics & Integrity Principles”) and serves as our compass for acting ethically day-to-day as well as shapes the way we do business.
Our Ethics & Integrity Principles are:

We comply with applicable laws and internal regulations to protect ourselves and others as well as OMV against serious consequences. - We act with honesty
We are open and candid in dealings both internally and externally – we speak the truth, avoid giving a false impression, and clarify misunderstandings.

We value other individual’s contribution – best outputs will be achieved when we work together collaboratively and respectfully. - We act with fairness
We are objective and consider all circumstances and base decisions on merit. - We protect OMV
We do not look away when observing any illegal or inappropriate conduct but speak-up to avoid harm is caused to others or OMV
Supplier integrity
OMV aims to require everyone who does business with OMV to comply with our values and rules of behavior. These are clearly set out in the OMV Code of Conduct.
The OMV Code of Conduct sets forth clear rules of behavior in accordance with the UNGC. Its principles guide OMV’s behavior toward its internal and external stakeholders and serve as the basis for many other of our policies and guidelines.
