We know what’s important in the marine industry and are always prepared to respond to both MARPOL regulations and market changes. We fully support the new International Maritime Organization (IMO) regulations and offer IMO2020-compliant marine fuel with 0.5% sulfur content.
OMV Marine Gasoil ECO20
Our Marine Gasoil ECO20 contains 20% HVO (hydrotreated vegetable oil, hydrogenated vegetable oil) and is the first ISCC-certified marine fuel in Austria. It reduces CO2 emissions by at least 11% compared to conventional marine gasoil* and promotes sustainable change in the marine sector.
- Proven quality: Same structure as conventional fuel, excellent storage stability and low water affinity.
- Perfect compatibility: Complies with ÖNORM C 1109 and can be used immediately as a drop-in solution, without any changes to the equipment.

Ocean Shipping

We offer two high-quality fuels for ocean shipping:
- Marine Fuel RMG380 (max. 0.5% sulfur)
- Marine Fuel RMK700
Inland Shipping
Our high-quality marine distillate fuels for inland shipping are backed by comprehensive and reliable service, while our integrated supply chain ensures safe and timely delivery.
We offer two high-quality fuels for inland shipping:
- Our Marine Gasoil ECO20 contains 20% HVO (hydrotreated vegetable oil, hydrogenated vegetable oil) and is the first ISCC-certified marine fuel in Austria.
- Marine gas oil (MGO) consists exclusively of distillates. Our MGO 10 ppm is a high-quality marine fuel that meets the Austrian standard ÖNORM C1109.
