e-Invoicing

Every month, you’ll receive a simple, clear statement showing all the services used with your OMV cards. Depending on your needs, we can assign each fuel card to a specific cost center, and we can even show the mileage and/or driver associated with every transaction.

Simple billing, full overview:

  • Overview: A complete list of all services by country in the corresponding currency.
  • Local: A list of all transactions in the card-issuing country.
  • International: One invoice or debit note per country of delivery in the corresponding currency for VAT refunds.
  • Reverse-charge invoice: One invoice for reverse-charge services, defined in accordance with EU Directive 2008/8/EC; may include transactions from a wide variety of countries.

Electronic invoice

Our e-Invoicing service is the fastest, easiest and most economical way to send invoices. Save time and money by receiving all invoices electronically in your preferred format.

Choose between the following options:

  1. OMV Fleet Online Services: Download your electronic invoices easily and securely from your OMV Fleet Online Service account. We’ll notify you by email when your statement is available.
  2. E-mail service: Receive your invoices directly in your inbox, securely and conveniently.
